There are people who come to this practice with varying levels of having a movement practice, and varying practices and ideas. This offering is a way to develop your practice or further it, to relate better to yourself or understand yourself.

One thing that can’t be taken from us by others, our system, the isolated experience of being online, what can’t be taken from us is our embodiment. We need practices that help us to have more awareness and self-regulation and co-regulation with our natural world. Movement can be thought of as a form of meditation, one way to conceptualize this is a mindful movement practice, and it is open to all levels and abilities. Some people have a lot of experience, but the emphasis is meditative, deepening, and about releasing trauma, stress, both past and present.
